I have been a satisfied customer for 20 years. I moved to North Springfield and still come here. They make me feel like family. They are nice, friendly, helpful, kind, pleasant and courteous. I have a lot of hemming to be done; even pajama pants. There's never an issue. When they see me coming, my dry cleaning is ready at the door. Stains disappear. I don't know her secret. I had a button that fell off a shirt; sewed it on at no charge. Comforters folded nicely in a bag. Wonderful, professional customer service! Please give this establishment a try. It's a wonderful experience!
